United States Veterans Initiative

HomeAid Houston and Sandcastle Homes partnered to complete a second remodeling project for the United States Veterans Initiative's Mid Town Terraces facility. The team renovated the agency's existing lobby. The project included a custom designed and built reception area with new carpentry, flooring, paint, and fixtures. The remodel was finished with new furniture and game tables.

United States Veterans Initiative serves homeless and formerly homeless men who have served our country. U.S. VETS provide comprehensive services to veterans, including case management, employment assistance, job placement, counseling, as well as drug and alcohol-free housing. Veterans progress through a seamless continuum of services designed to help increase their level of responsibility and prepare them to live independently in the community.
