Mission of Yahweh
HomeAid Houston, Doyle Stuckey Homes, and Green Mountain Building Company teamed up to build Mission of Yahweh's Mercy House, a 16-unit dormitory, located in the Spring Branch neighborhood.
Mission of Yahweh is a faith-based shelter that empowers, enriches, and restores the lives of homeless women and children and provides outreach services to low income families. The doors of Mission of Yahweh are always open for families in crisis and supports more than 2,300 residential stays each month. The agency not only gives food, clothing, and shelter, but is also committed to helping residents become self-sufficient and productive members of society. In addition, the agency provides thousands of Houston and Carverdale area residents with donations of food, clothing, school supplies, and other necessities.
