WHO WE SERVE?

We work with 501(c)(3) nonprofit care providers who offer services/shelter to all levels of the homeless population. This may include individuals, families with children, and veterans. These care providers become HomeAid Houston agency partners!

Care Providers must meet the current vetting process of HomeAid Houston Projects.

CARE PROJECT CRITERIA

The project must be valued / cost at $10,000 or below to qualify.

HOW DO WE HELP?

HomeAid will seek out a Builder Captain from the GHBA Membership or the Remodelers Council to secure donations of labor and materials to complete the project.

HomeAid will provide media coverage for both the Care Provider and the Builder Captain (and their trades) in all levels of Social Media, Houston Chronicle, Houston Builder Magazine.

WHAT IS THE COST TO THE CARE PROVIDER?

There is no cost to the Care Provider—all costs associated with the project are covered by the generous donations and event sponsorships collected throughout the year to HomeAid Houston. This is in addition to the Builder Captain’s donations for the project.

INSURANCE?

HomeAid will apply for and carry Wrap Insurance on all HomeAid Cares Projects.

DO ALL PROJECTS GET SELECTED?

Unfortunatly, no. Homeaid is able to complete four to five projects each year. We will visit each Care Provider that applies and talk over your project and its viability. If for some reason your project is not selected, there may be other ways HomeAid Houston can help!
